Half the kitchen outlets went dead and this one won't stay on.

Thanks Megan. Sounds like a worn breaker or a GFCI fault on that circuit. Diagnosis is $89 and comes off the repair. Most fixes like this land between $180 and $320.

Furnace quit on the first cold night. Called at 10 pm, a real person answered, and Andre was in our basement by 8 the next morning. New igniter, $214, exactly what the text quote said.

Had Brannock put in a 200 amp panel and an EV charger in the garage. Permit, inspection, the whole thing handled. Marcus walked me through every breaker label before he left.

Sewer line backed up into the basement on a Saturday. Two plumbers and a camera truck showed up within two hours. They found roots, cleared it, and gave us options without any pressure.

Questions people ask

What does a visit cost before any work starts?

A diagnostic visit is $89 for any trade. If you go ahead with the repair, the $89 comes off the bill. Home Club members pay nothing for the visit.

Do you really answer at night and on weekends?

Yes. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, and we keep technicians on call in all three trades. Nights and weekends carry a $95 after-hours charge, which Home Club members never pay.

Are your people licensed and insured?

Brannock holds Ohio contractor licenses in plumbing, HVAC and electrical, and carries $2 million in liability insurance. Every technician is background-checked when hired and again every year.

Can I pay for a new system over time?

Yes. Most new furnaces, AC systems, water heaters and panels can be spread over 18 to 60 months, with 0% interest on the 18-month option for approved credit. Use the calculator above to see a monthly number.

Can I ask for the same technician again?

Please do. Ask for them by name when you book, and dispatch will put you on their schedule whenever they are free.

What is guaranteed?

Every repair is guaranteed for one year, parts and labor. New equipment carries the manufacturer warranty plus our own 10-year labor guarantee when it is registered.
